Sherwood Manufactured Housing Community is one of the top ten premier communities in the greater Houston area. We added this property to our Baytown portfolio in November of 2012. Within three months, we increased profits by adding 15 homes and raising occupancy rates from 82% to 100%. We were able to further capitalize economies of scale by using our existing management team in Baytown.

Del Papa Mobile Home Park was acquired in June of 2010 by purchasing a note in default. At the time, there were 97 homes in the community at a 54% occupancy rate. In two years, we purchased, moved in, and sold 82 homes. Now, the property has a total of 178 homes at 100% occupancy. We further added 92 spaces to the community in 2016–2017.
